Artistic licence?
Nice illustration of how the new stadium will look. Is it just me or has the running track disappeared? Has it been covered in astroturf? If it's not artistic licence airbrushing it away, then it doesn't look bad…

It is clearly a dream picture because the West Ham fans in tht picutre are cheering a successful team playing great football - it's not meant to be realistic....so no running track and Champions League football in five years time - all those bright colours suggest the artist was on very strong and illegal medication.
