Adrian's wall
According to Jack Sullivan on twitter we've signed 26-year-old Real Betis goalkeeper Adrian on a free transfer. Adrian will give Jussi some competition and might be his ultimate successor. Interestingly his full name is Adrian San Miguel which makes him the first West Ham goalkeeper to be named after a lager. I've also been trying to think of any other one-named West Ham players apart from Adrian. There was Adrian and Portugeezer Dani. Any others come to mind?

Ilan?
Ilan, Savio (As He Was Known), Sure Theres Others!
Oh and there's big Fat Mido!
Adrián will not be providing any competition for Jussi due to the fact that he's crap. Went to see him play a couple of weeks ago and if he's your future number one then you should bring back Bernard Lama.
Sounds bad news Johnny Silk! Our best reserve keeper was Ruud Boffin, mainly on account of his name...
Manuel da Costa (wonderful defender...) who famoulsy got arrested for a sexual assault in 2010. How could you forget him Pete?
Regards
Tom
Did Da Costa only use one name Tom? So far we have Adrian, Savio, Ilan and Mido for one-name wonders. May have to add Bonzo and Dicksy to get it up to 11...
Nigel Morris lookalike Dani.
I thought it was Iain Dowie who was the Nigel Morris lookalike?
Also, I'm suspicious of the motives of a bloke called Adrian who wants to leave a side where he is number one and go to a mid-table Premier League side. Could be another Cudicini and I don't mean in terms of ability. Am I taking this all a bit too seriously?
I guess he thinks he has a chance of replacing Jussi who is 38, though on last season's evidence he's got a couple of years left at least. Guess those PL pay packets helped make his mind up!
