A chance for Adrian at City

Just read in the Evening Standard that Joe Hart will be ineligible to play against Manchester City, so that will ensure Adrian returns in goal. It's a big chance for the Spaniard, because if he plays well he could keep his place. Adrian is a confident, exuberant character and that might be what West Ham need at the moment.

You do feel sorry for Joe Hart, but his confidence must be shot after playing behind the worst defence in the division and he's making errors as well as some great saves. Brighton's second goal, Richarlison's goal for Watford and giving away a penalty and then allowing Rooney to score from his own half are the most recent examples. Even when things go right, such as saving Rooney's penalty, he's not having any luck as the rebound went straight on to Rooney's head. Napoleon wanted lucky generals, and Hart's luck seems to have run out.

Adrian had a great end to last season and was unlucky to be replaced by Bilic. He's also our player, whereas Hart is a loan signing. Moyes has to consider whether he deserves a run in goal.

Totally agree. Hart should have been replaced a while ago. Adrian is our man. I hope he takes his chance as he did before to become our No1 (well 13 actually) COYI

Yep, it can hardly get worse!

It's strange how almost everybody thought that Hart, Zab, Arnie and Chico were good signings...surely they are good players? I can't believe the folly of sending Oxford to Germany! Play Quinos, Martinez, Rice - can't be worse

Kids deserve the odd run out. Hart was a great goalkeeper so don't now what has happened. Perhaps a rest might restore his confidence. Still quite confident Chicharito will score if we can get him some service, though Arnie has to start scoring.
