James Tomkins has been arrested after a fracas outside the Towie haunt of Sugar Hut nightclub at 00.30am on Sunday morning. Seems Tomka was refused entry and the Old Bill were called. Tomkins had earlier played in West Ham's 3-1 defeat at Old Trafford. He was later charged with one count of assaulting a police officer, one count of resisting arrest and one count of being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
